A CULTURE OF GIVING

CorporareCharityScr.png

TransEleven fosters a culture of giving.  We support many locals causes, sponsor charity events which involve our team in outreach and encourage staff to do the same though our TransEleven Charity Challenge.  In 2023, we sponsored the STA's Hope Starts Here 5K, in honor of founding President, Brian Hobbs and his gift of organ donation.  In 2024, the Southwest Transplant Alliance (STA) was named TransEleven's official corporate charity.  This new partnership consists of financial support and raising awareness about organ donation, which is now TransEleven's philanthropic focus.

A SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY

StaffGivingScr.png

TransEleven staff share a spirit of community.  Whether it’s donating food or clothing, participating in company sponsored charity events or volunteering time--our staff give back.  To foster this spirit, we created the TransEleven Charity Challenge.  Similar to the Lloyd’s Market Charity Award, we present an annual T3 Award to a staff member that has gone above and beyond donating time, talent and/or treasure (T3) to one charity or organization through the year.  The challenge requires sharing photos and social media content about their mission.

In addition to recognizing the employee at a company meeting, TransEleven makes a financial contribution to their supported charity.
