Sarah oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel negotiations, mediations and reporting.  She is a skilled attorney with over 10 years of experience in personal injury litigation, workers compensation and insurance defense.

Prior to joining TransEleven, Sarah was a Senior Associate with MGC, a highly regarded insurance defense firm based in South Carolina.  Her practice focused on workers compensation and insurance defense, representing insurance and employer clients from pre-litigation through discovery, mediation, hearings and settlement agreements.

During Sarah's legal career she has worked on both sides of litigation, serving as an associate attorney with a firm representing personal injury clients where she developed extensive experience interviewing witnesses, law enforcement officers and physicians.

She also has additional experience representing clients in matters of medical malpractice and property litigation, as well as criminal defense.
