Eric oversees claims administration and litigation from initial coverage and claims analysis through resolution, including management of outside counsel, negotiations, mediations and reporting.  With over 20 years of experience as an attorney, Eric has extensive background in insurance litigation management.

Prior to joining TransEleven, he served as Associate General Counsel for U.S. Healthcare Group were he managed healthcare and employment litigation for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.  Eric has also worked as Senior Claims Counsel with Professional Claims Managers, where for more than a decade he managed nursing home, medical malpractice and professional liability claims for underwriters in London.

Eric also has significant private practice experience, including work as an attorney for two highly regarded insurance defense firms where he drafted overage opinions, handled insurance coverage disputes and worked in commercial and medical malpractice litigation.
